“People go straight onto the website and complete the online enrollment form which comes straight through to us as a notification in TUTIS and as an email. We then jump online, see who they are, give them a call, chat to them about the course they’ve enrolled in and we go from there into invoicing through to completing them and starting them on the course. We started looking at the mobile tablets for the trainers as well, so when they’re on the field, they can download everything before they start, then do all their training with their students and then complete it all through there, upload it, get sent through the TUTIS and then straight through to us.”
