TUTIS Identity Management Upgrade

Tutis has completed a significant upgrade to the TUTIS identity management capability through the implementation of Auth0, an industry-leading Identity and Access Management platform.

Auth0 strengthens security, scalability, and customer trust by providing a mature, enterprise-grade approach to authentication and access control. The platform supports secure login, single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, role-based access control, user management, API authorisation, social and enterprise login, and standard protocols such as OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect.

Auth0 also supports integration with customer identity providers such as Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, SAML, Active Directory, and LDAP-based enterprise systems. Some capabilities are available as core platform features, while others are configured to meet the requirements of each customer environment.

This upgrade reduces the risk of password-related breaches, improves auditability, supports more efficient customer onboarding, and helps meet the security expectations of larger enterprise clients. It also allows the TUTIS product team to focus on core application functionality rather than maintaining custom identity infrastructure, while providing a more consistent and professional login experience for users across multiple organisations, sites, roles, and access levels.

The Auth0 implementation also supports hybrid workforce environments. For example, employees and long-term contractors may authenticate through the customer’s enterprise network, while other contractors or external users can securely access TUTIS through alternative approved authentication methods.

For TUTIS customers, this provides a more secure, scalable, and enterprise-ready foundation for managing access across organisations, sites, employees, contractors, and external users.
