TUTIS Mobile Assessment App
The TUTIS Mobile Assessment App is built into our RTO Software to make paperless, observation style skills assessments easy in the field, anywhere on site. It works with or without internet access, supporting consistent evidence capture and assessment delivery for training providers and RTOs.
The assessor or trainer uses our RTO Software to download the assessments they plan to conduct onto a tablet, typically an Android device or Apple iPad. The assessor then meets the student at the appointed location on site, such as underground or at an excavation area, to complete the assessment in the field.
During the assessment, the assessor asks the questions specified in the assessment and may also require the student to perform work activities, such as operating equipment or moving material. The assessor can capture supporting evidence including photos, video, and audio recordings. Once complete, both the student and assessor electronically sign the assessment record on the tablet.
For training providers comparing options like Axcelerate RTO, this supports faster, paperless evidence capture in real work environments. Multiple students can also be assessed in the same session.
Once the assessor is back in the office / crib room / wifi range the assessor is able to sync the completed assessment with TUTIS.
The TUTIS Mobile Assessment App is integrated with the TUTIS system to make conducting practical skills-assessment much simpler – the assessor is able to assess and mark students’ assessments on any mobile device, anywhere, with no paper required.
